F rederick F ra n z F riedm ann, a Germ an scientist. M r. F riedm ann announced th a t he had clearly dem o n strated th e effectiveness of th e serum in a large num ber of cases and th a t he could supply it to th e world a t a com paratively nom inal fee. He said also th a t the supply %of th e serum w as unlim ited and could be fu rn ish ed to ev ery physician of the w orld in a n y q u a n titie s desired.
