    REHOYES THE CAUSE
• w .A N D CURES CATARRH
S.S.S
Catarrh usually begins w ith irritated, inflamed m em branes of
th e head, nose and throat, from which there is a constant and
copious discharge of watery m atter. T his comes from inflam
m ation of these m ucous surfaces and is caused by catarrhal
m atters and im purities in th e circulation. N ature intends
th a t these m em branes shall be nourished by the blood, but
waste m atters and im purities deposited into Uie:;e delicate
parts, sets up inflam m ation and the discharge is a natural
result. W hen th is secretion begins to dry it becomes thick
nnd sticky, adhering to the back portion of th e m outh and
throat, causing th e “ h a w k in g " and strain in g so troublesom e
to Catarrh sufferers.
