ministration of the estate of Elizabeth Stod­
dard, deceased.
MOTICE Is hereby given that in pursuance of
an order of the county court of the state of
Oregon for the county of Polk made on the
28th day of November, 1908, in the matter of
the estait* of Elizabeth Stoddard, deceased, the
undersigned, the administrator of said estate,
w ill from and after the 8th day of January,
1909. proceed to sell to the highest bidder, for
»•ash, and subject to confirmation by said coun­
ty court, all the right, title and interest that
the estate has by operation o f law or other­
wise acquired other than or in addition to
that of the said Elizabeth Stoddard at the time
of her death, in and to all that certain lot or
parcel of land, situate lying and being in the
county of Polk and state of Oregon, ana bound­
ed and described us follows, towit:
Beginning at a point on the section line be­
tween sections 9 and »«, in t « s , r 6 w of the
Willamette meridian. In said Polk county,
Oregon, at a point which is 35 chains east of
the corner to sections 8, 9, 1« and 17; thence
north 20 chains ; thence east 25 chains; thence
south 20 chains; thence west 25 chains to the
place of beginning, containing 50 acres of land
more or less.
