Do Not Crowd the Season.
The first warm days of spring bring
with them a desire to get out and enjoy
tlie exhilirating air and sunshine!
Children that have been housed up all
winter are brought out and you wonder
where they all come from. The heavy
winter clothing is thrown aside and
many shed their flannels. Then a cold
wave comes and people say that grip is
epidemic. Colds at this season are even
more dangerous than in mid-winter, as
there is much more danger of pneu
monia.
Take Chamberlain's Cougl*
Remedy, however, and you will have 1
nothing to fear. It always cures, and
we have never known a cold to result in
pneumonia when it was used.
It is
pleasant and safe to take. Children
like it. For sale by Stafrin Drug Co.

Dallas Defeats Albina.
The Dallas college second team de

the bright shining star of the contest.

referee was decidedly impartial in his
rulings, giving universal satisfaction
with the whistle.

E lectricity for lighting is only expensive
TO PEOPLE WHO ARE WASTEFUL AND CARELESS.
10 YOU, WHO ARE NATURALLY CAREFUL,
IT DOTS NOT COME HIGH.
It is economical because it can be quickly turned off when not
needed. With gas or kerosene there is the temptation to let light
burn, when not needed, to save bother of lighting and adjusting.
In some homes the electric light hill amounts to only about $2 ¡>er
month. You can probably get some kind of artificial light for less
money than electric light, but does it save you anything when it
limits opportunities for work and recreation, ruins your eyesight,
smokes vour trails, mars decorations and increase! household work.
You can probably save a dollar tomorrow by going without your
meals, hut it wouldn’ t be economy. It is not so much what you
save, hut how you save, that counts. We are always ready to ex
plain the “ ins and outs” of the lighting proposition to yon. Call
on us or phone to us. We are never too busy to talk buiiiMM.
