ments for the Itemizer to fill out the
subscription vear of all who paid in ad
vance for the Town Talk. Mr. Phillips
concluded to discontinue the publicaton
of Town Talk for a number of reasons,
chief among which is that he desires to
devote his time almost exclusively to
commercial work. All who subscribed
for Town Talk will hereafter receive the
Itemizer in lieu thereof. This will in
crease the subscription list of the Item
izer in Independence alone over 150, be
sides creditable additions in other
places, and will, we trust, be perfectly
satisfactory to all concerned.
