tober, 1904, upon a judgment rendered in
the justice court for justice’s and constable’s
district No. 2, in said county, on the 23d day
of April, 1896, and thereafter duly trails-
cripted t<* the said circuit court, and duly
docketed in the clerk’s office «>» said circuit
court »m the 10th day of December, 1903, in a
certain *vction begun in said justice’s court, in
which W . S. Bean was plaint ill and J#. B.
Denny was defendant, said judgment being
in fav«»r of said plaintiff and «gainst the said
defendant, and the:«- being now due and un­
paid »*« said judgment the sum of $206 11,
with interest thereon from the 13th day of
May. 1896, a t the rate of 8 per cent per an ­
num, such execution being directed to me,
the sheriff of Polk county, i did, on the 17th
of October, 1904, duly le w upon all tiie right
title anti interest which the defendant L. B.
Denny had on the 10th lay of December,
1903, or has since acquired, or now has, of, in
