appear in the county court of the state of Or
egon, for the county of Polk, at the court
room thereof, at Dallas, in the county of Polk,
on Monday, the 2nd day of April, 1900, at 1
o’clock in the afternoon of that day, then and
there to show cause, if any there be, why an
order should not be granted authorizing and
directing the administrator to sell all the real
l»roperty of said estate, which is described as
follows, to-wit:
The north one-half of the donation land
claim of Enoch Richardson and .lane Richard
son, his wife, described as Not. No. 1,908,
I designated on the plats and surveys as claim
j No. 54, being part of section 18, in township
I 6 south, range 4 west, and claim No. 44, being
part of section 13 in township 6 south, range 5
l west, according to the official plat of survey
returned to the general land office by the sur
veyor general, being bounded ami described
j as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast
comer of said section 13, and running thence
j north 40 chains, thence east 40 chains, thence
north 21.49 chains, thence west 58.20 chains,
thence south 61.49 chains, thence east J 8.09
chains to place of beginning, containing 170.50
j acres, the amount of land herein described lie
longing to deceased being 8.5.25 acres, more or
less
