tion induce bad habits.

Asa cheap home-made paint for barn
roofs, make a mixture of red oxide of
iron and fish oil. It is not as durablo as
good paint, but serves well to give a
bright color to oil roofs and buildings,
and will last two or threo years. It
should not cost over 50 cents a gallon.
