The bill was introduced in the
House by Hon. Jonathan ltotirno Jr. ,
and in tilt Senalo by lion. Joseph

election to beheld "On Hie llrsi Mon
day in June, 1880, and theieafler bi

and none whatever in regard lo the
time of holding elections. In the
