Philomath for a time Thursday
morning. It seems that Ira Kisor
aud others . had. been intoxicated
and City Marshall A. E. Taylor
made an attempt to. arrest Kisor.

escape and has not since been seen

road street, where the trouble was locat

setting the bedroom carpet on fire, and
