pear and answer the complaint filed against you
in the above entitled Court, in the bove entitled
cause on the first day of the next term of saM
Court which shall commence six weeks or more
after the first publication of this Summons, to
wit: on Monday the 4th day of September, A. D
18 2, and if you fail so to appear and answer the
plaintiff will take judgment against you for the
sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars with in
