We have been favored with a sample of verj

' Court week," commencing on Monday next.
Wo call attention to the names of Massr 8. C

found in another place, and to Mr. Sebring.
sutd also to our old friend Uncle Toinmj (Mr
Xovelady), where will always be found, as wi
"have testified from long experience, cleanliness,
-cheerfulness and: good substantial fare, an-l
more of the creature comforts than can often
be found outside of our " own palaces" and
tbe charges are very raasonable.
At tarly dawn on Monday morning last
four oi'our prominent citizens, Mews. Sullivan
McCain, Butler and Catcrlin, left Dallas for
Xafayctte, Yamhill County, the three tornier to
Attend to business at the Court, which heM
session there this week, the latter to attend to
his own business. They were driven to the scene
of actien by our obliging friend Ed. Clark,
who was ready on time w'.th bi thoroughbrace
wagon and smart grey team. We sincerely hope
'that he exercised bis u.ual care in transporting
a freight so precious to its destination, and that
be will be on hand at the time appointed
(Friday or Saturday), and land them safely
again at the place from whence they started ;
for it would be too much to expect that tie
quiet, peaceable, sober and law abidtng citi
zens of Dallas could long endure the absence
of so many of their Legal Advisers.
Accommodatloas.
All (persons visiting Dallas will fin! a good
bed on which to rest and get a number one
meal of victuals, by calling on S. C. Stiles. No
pains will be spared to make you comfortable.
Tired or hungry, go to Samuel C. Stiles and
you will get your money's worth and more.
