We're Company at the 1'arm.
We're livin on the toppest shelf.
We've everything from gooae to grouse;
I hain't been licked for 'mont a week,
'Cause we've got comp'ny t our bonne.
When we're alone my ma is strict,

Nervous I )yspejsi;i is a com

out of the conditions of modern
life. It is a joint affection of
the digestive organs and of the
nervous system. These two
were formerly treated as sepa

for the clear-jUrhted Shakers
to prove that the basis or this

New York World : A great many
people would like it better if Christ
mas and New Year's did not come
on Sunday this year. And the fact
is that if the calendar makers did
their duty the year would begin on
Monday instead of Sunday. The
calendar is twenty-four hours ahead
of time. After allowing for the
arrangements made for leap year,
the calendar gains a little on the
true year every twelve months, and
this gain since the date was fixed by
act of parliament in 1752 amounts to
about a day. This will be corrected
by the operations of the Gregorian
calendar, vlteu the twenty-ninth
day of February shall be dropped in
the year lllOO, which otherwise
would be counted a leap year.
There is a further discrepancy after
this correction (which is in accord
ance with the law that no century
year, e. g. 1900, of which the first
two figures cannot be divided by
four shall le a h ap year) of one day
in every :l,32: years.

of some kind on it, pay down what
money you have and ?ive your promis
