issued a bulletin this morning
saying his patient's condition ia

terday nurning. The condition
of Mrs. l.indley Field's daughter

having tried to commit suicide
Ed ward M. Field baa been declar
ed insane, and yesterday was
placed ii a private insans asylum
near Mt. Vernor. It ;s now know u
that F.dward Field not only robbed
and deceived his parents, but stole
every cent his father had. Mr.
Field rea izes the fact that he is
penniless in his old age, for a. he
lay on his bed yesterday he slid
to an old friend": "I am as poo
as the day I came into the world."
At noon Dr. Fuller aid there
was a favorable outlook for Mr.
Field's living a considerable time,
with even s ight hopes of ultimate
