Harrison A. Barrows, was born
near tialsey, Oregon, June 13th,
18-)0. And died near Sparta, Or.,
Nov. 11th, 1891. He went to New
Bridge about seven rears ago, and
as engaged in business there an
til a while before his death. In
Aug., 188! he was married to Miss
Koda Thompson. Shortly after
being married he was taken sick
with the typhoid fever from which
I. never entirely recovered.
Through his sickness he suffered
great pain without com
plaining. He was moved to
Sparta a few weeks before his
de tth in hopes be ui'ght re over,
bat wtb no nee. For the death
angel had claim -d him. in spite of
whatever physi ians ' and kind
f ieudj could do. He was always
honest in all his dealing, and
wade many friends whereever he
went.
And being kind to bis parents,
brothers and sisters, he will be
stdly ' missed by them. The
family has nevei been broken un
til ea'h came and gently broke
the tender threads of life of onr
dear brother Harry. He leaves a
fuller, mother, several brothers
and sisters, besides a wife and
t mall child and many fiiends to
mourn his death. By his death
they lose a kind son, a dear
brother a loving husband and
father, and kind neighbor.
