Outs" of incandescent lamps on the
Westinghouse circuits, it becmes

puny to either charge for lamps so
burned out or advance the rate.
Therefore, consumers will take notice
that after January 1st, 1891, the rate
ou ii e n lamps burned until a -so p. m
will be charged $1 per month as a
basis rate, in place of SO cents as here
tofore, for each lamp, and larger
lumps in proportion; and lamps
burned a later hour than 9:30 will be
charged f 1.59 for a 12o'eloek light and
$2 for all night, same as the present
price; and consumers contracting and
paying for a J:3 light and letting
their lamp hum all night or a later
hour than contracted for, will be
charged accordingly without further
notice.
