burned out or advance the rate.

will be charged $1 per month as a
basis rate, hi place of ceuts as here
tofore, for each lamp, and larger
lamps in proportion; and lamps
burned a later hour than will be
charged f 1.50 for a 12o'clock light and
f .l for all night, same as the present
price; and consumers contracting and
paying for a '.1:30 light and letting
their lamp burn all night or a later
hour than contracted for, will be
