Pacific coast States and the New
England and Kaatern States show
about the same as last year, indi
eating a healthy growth of exist
ing lines in the latter section,
with nearly twj-third of the in
crease in the former sect ion located
iu Washington. The construction
of the fast year has oiiiy been ex
