yard at Rock ford to-day with seri
ous results. The train was goin j

Nah.ik had his leg broken in three
places and Engineer Hill was
.-everely injured about the face.
A tire in a frame building on
Monroe street in this city, occu
pied by Dunstan's dry goods store,
a drug store and a number ol
offices, caused a loss of $5000, fully
c vered by insurance. A numter

their lives. The fire was of in
cendiary origin.

ernment timber laud. Hacker

Killed by a Mad Bull.

young Mexican on horseback was
attacked by a mad bull at Silver
Lake. The horse was gored to
death almost instantly and the
