befora buying is a mistake.
Miu-
takes are always costly. Ia heat
ing stoves we have the largest as
well as the most carefully selected
atock in the city. The stoves we
offer were not bought a an experi
ment but as a certainty. We
know what each stove will do, and
the? were bought for cash, so the
price is right. We havo special
ties in heaters, beside our regular
line of Garland, Argand anil Su
perior stoves and range.

The circus is big for its size and

The balloon ascension, given by
Prof. Redmond, was one of the in

The first attempt was not u suc

tially tilled, and wnen a few feel
from the ground it tipped over and
tell to the ground. It was intlated
again, however, and when cut
loose it Failed upwards with the
aeronaut performing upoa a
trapeze. The balloon was struck
by a current of air, and many
people cringed when the big bag
of canvas tipped partly over, but
it righted up again and floated
southward. .viter attaiuing a
heighth of about 1000 feet it began
to settle, and landed in safety in a
field about a mile south of the city.
