Lindsay, as the Cardinal, w as fine,

The presentation of "Ignouiar,
the Barbarian," by the John S.
Lindsay Dramatic Co., was not at
te tided by as large an audience as
it should have been. Mr. Lindsay
is an accomplished tragedian
and is support e-I by a strong and
talented com a y. The play was
full of interesting situations from
beginning to end, and was admira
bly presented. Its presentation
was positively a refreshing change
from the average company that at
tempts tragedy, and the audience
was delighted with the almost
classic production of Maria Lovell's
translation from the German of
this thrilling love story. Some fine
costumes were worn, and the play
was admirably arranged in all its
