decision was rendered taking" the
child away from the custody of its
parents and giving it in charge of
the Children's Home, a charitable
in.-titution of Portland.
The counsel for the parents state
that a writ of habeas corpu w ill
be sworn out, and the case will
come up for a new trial before
Judge hattuck in Portland.
