Woodburn on Monday evening. It
seems since the old crew resolved
to stop work until their back wages
were forthcoming the managers
have had much trouble in securing
capable men to fill their places and
yesterday's accident is laid to this
fault. The train was only a short
distance from Woodburn, and as
near as can be learned, the engine
got out of the control oi the new
engineer and in his maneuvering
