SELLS BROS. EHOBM0U3 CIECU3.
United With 8. H. Barrett's Bit Show Will
Exhibit at Albany or Jane 19.
The advertising cars of Sells!
Bros, and S. H. Barrett's enor
mous united circus reached Al
bany j esterday, and the city is
now painted red with the mam
moth posters of these great shows.
This circus is not ntw to the peo
ple of Albanv and surrounding
country and the public can relyj
upon a bigger exhibition than ever
before. They will appear in Al
bany on June 19, rain or shine.
These renowned showmen, have
been adding attraction upon at
traction until it would seem that a
show of the magnitude of their's
last season could not be moved
across the continent profitably, but
they did it. This year, as if de
termined to test the' limit of possi
bility, they have formed a coalition
with Hi. H. Barrett's World's Fair
and both big 6hows, each fully
equipped and larger than any
rivals, will travel together, giving
exhibitions in the same place, day
and date. Two big circus parades
on our streets the same day and
hour will be a novelty ; two big
railway trains, bringing two big
shows to town will be seen at the
depot ; two big canvas cities side
by side, on adjoining grounds, and
what is the most marvelous of all
will be both shows will exhibit as
one for but one price of admission.
Truly Sells Brothers and Barrett
are princely showmen.
He Wanted One.
Says he, "I want it ; Iain going
to have one or bust." "Have one
of what?" asked a bystander.
"Why one of those fat dressud
chickens that the Willamette Pack
ing Co. have every Saturday." We
will also have some fine fat geese
to tickle your palate on Sundays.
