An Ordinance Directing Improvements on First Street, and that
part of “ B ” Street Between Railroad and Center of Second
Street, in the Towu of Coquille City, Coos County, Oregon,
aud Declaring the Assessments on the Property Adjacent
Thereto.
T h e Town o f Coquille C ity does ordain as fo llo w s :
Soction 1. That all that part of First street in the town of
Coqui le City, Coos county, Oregon, commencing at the east
line of “ C ” street, and from thence east to the west end of
bridge near the railroad depot, shall bo replanked with plank not
less than three inches in thickness laid on stringers four by eight
inches laid flat and not more than four feet apart, »aid plankiug
to be well spiked to said stringers, and a box drain at edge of
Bidewalk at each side of said street, said planking to extend from

planked from sidewalk to sidewalk with plank not less than three
inches in thickness laid on stringers four by eight inches lnid flat
and laid four feet apart, said planking to bo well spiked to said
stringers, and with box drain at side of each sidewalk.
Section 4. That the amounts heretofore assessed as the cost of
said improvements to the adjacent property, to-wit:
