Grants Pass in Josephine county.
The
place consists of .'Ml non s; 100 acres in cul
tivation « ) of red clover from which two
crops can be had each year. A good house,
barns, orchard, and a good grist mill which
has a good patronage. Irrigation ditch that
covers nearly the whole place. There are
hundreds of other itemsthat might be men
tioned in favor of the place if space allowed,
but Coquillers who have seen the place sav
it is a picture of loveliness and is as good as
it iH pretty. The owner is tired of milling,
wants to come to the coast.
He will ex
change for good property in Coquille valley,
or sell for $8.r>00 part on time.
