Hotel and Restaurant Proprietors, Miners an<l
owners of Steamships and sea gelfrg vessels, ps It
does away with the necessity of previding Eggs
for Puddings.,Cakes, Fancy Breads, etc., as the
contents of each tin is equal in every respect (for
the abov« purpose) to Mur dozen ef Eggs.
It dispenses entirely with tbe use of Soda, Sal-
eratus and Cream of Tartar, (tt-ree ingredient»
that are very apt to disagree with delicate stom
achs). and is a friend to the dyspeptic, as it makes
the food into which it is introduced, light and
wholesome. It is entirely free frdtn all mineral
alkalies , and is recommended by the’Faeulty to
those suffering from sour stomachs and impaired
digestion, or irregularity of the biliary secretions.
