1S70. L. J. C. Duncan, Judge, W. II. S. Hyde,
Clerk.—Road district No. 22 (Union Town) abol­
ished and the same added to District No. 20, and
Wm. Ray appointed Supervisor. The lino between
Roud districts No. 10 and 11, changed from Gall’s
creek to Rock Point bridge, thence south on the
divide between Gail’s creek and Miller’s creek.
The road from Jacksonville to Josephine county
line, via Rock Point, was established and ordered
to be opened ; J. W. Hays allowed $50 fur run­
ning the ruad through his lands, and the protest
of Kilgore, Armstrong and Horne was withdrawn.
The viewers appointed to locate a road from Link
river to Surprise Valley, failed to make their ro-
port, Rond district No. 27 abolished and attached
to District No. 17, and James Miller appointed
Supervisor of the same. John Stout appointed
Supervisor of Road district No. 18 ; V. S. Ralls
appointed Supervisor of Road district >io. 10 ; K.
Benedict appointed Supervisor of Road district
No. 19; R. A. Gray appointed Supervisor of
Road district No. 5 ; Philander Powell appointed
Supervisor of Road district No. 28 ; Thomas T.
