April ^oth. The $30 rate from the
great middle west is made the strik­
ing feature of the stamp—of c'ourse
mention is also made oi rates from
other sections. The bulletins are
prepared in advance for the use of
the agents employed by the various
railroads, localizing the rate for their
particular line.’ •
