Upon invitation of Comrade R. H Rosa for the next annual encamp­ ment to be held at Bandon in August, 1907, a motion was made and carried and that place declared the uext meeting place. Officers were elected as follows: Commander, Comrade A. D. Morse. Senior Vice Commander, Col. R. H. Rosa. Junior Vice Commander, R. F. Sbaooon. Surgeon, Dr. Tower. Chaplain, A. M. Sumner. Quartermaster, F. M. Sanderlin. Commander Morse appointed Com­ rade C, T. Blumenrother to the office of adjutant. Motion made and carried to extend a vote of thanks to Commander W. H. H. Renfro for bis zeal in behalf of the encampment. The G. A. R. reunion held Wednes­ day and Thursday of last week was well attended and successful io every way and the visitors left with a feel­ ing that they bad beeo well repaid for their attendance. The local committee, composed of W. H. H. Renfro, R. W. Lundy and D. A Haling received much praise for the saccess of the meeting and Mr. Renfro commander and C. A. Marey as adjutant saw to it the pro­ gram was snappy and interesting from start to finish. The Wednesday afternoon program was as follows: Music by fife and dram corps.
