Hon. J. IV. Hamilton, Judge of the
Second Judicial District, and the
Democratic nominee to succeed him-
self, was ia Bandon Monday eight in
the interest of bin candidacy. Hein-
tended stopping over a day, but was

bia family. Mr. Hamilton has made a
good record (till ing bi» term of office,
and with hi» record lias gained many
friends, and bis reelection seems to be
a foregone conclusion.

If passed, this law will not close a
saloon in tbe state. It will secure to

them, to expel them.
