Ray Larsen joined the TERO program in
February 2024. Ray came in as a skilled
carpenter and was soon referred out to
Triplett Wellman Contractors on our new
child development center project. It wasn’t
long after that Ray started that we started
hearing great things about his hard work,
dependability and overall great work ethic.
We are proud to have selected Ray for
our June TERO Worker of the Month for
his dedication to this important project

We asked Ray about the benefi ts of working with the TERO
program and he said that it got him to work quickly with a good
company and on a great Tribal project. Ray went on to say that he
is very proud to be involved in building on his homelands for a very
good wage.
We want to thank Ray for his hard work and representing the
