WHAT:
Learn to deal Blackjack and several other games. A commitment of 6 weeks is needed to
potentially become a Table Games Dealer.
WHO:
Preference will be provided to enrolled members of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde;
although all applicants are welcome to apply for consideration.
WHEN:
Deadline to apply is Thursday, Aug. 31 at 5 p.m.
Training begins on Monday, Sept. 11
Dealer school ends on Nov. 3
Class Times: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to Noon OR 2-6 p.m.
$500 Hire-On Bonus - AFC Positions * Lodge Caregivers and CNA’s hired after March 4, 2022, are eligible when employed for 120 days.

Training is held in the Table Games Training Room at Spirit Mountain Casino.

Upon successful completion of the school, students will be required to pass a dealing audition.
Dealer positions are not guaranteed. Open positions will be posted and filled using the regular
employment process as business needs arise.
* 5-6 week training in Blackjack, Three Card Poker, Let It Ride, Ultimate Texas Hold’em &
blackjack variants and side bets to maintain employment. Additional training in Pai Gow,
Baccarat and Pitch is required after class completion to maintain employment.
