grade checks.
Recently, Dakota joined the 701
Operators Union as a journeyman operator. He is currently dis-
patched to the I-205 Abernathy Project in Oregon City. He has
been a key employee on the many ODOT projects he has been
referred to and has earned the April TERO Worker of the Month
award.
Dakota said that TERO has helped him and is the reason he got
into the heavy highway construction trades. He said TERO has giv-
en him the opportunity to join the 701 Operators Union with plenty
of support and guidance along the way. He also said that TERO is
a great way to get into the construction trades and make an above
average livable wage.
Great job, Dakota, TERO is proud to have you represent our
program.
