spikes.Whileoïcerswereenroute,theywereadvisedthevehiclehad
stoppednearMillCreekRoad.Oïcersassistedwiththevehiclestop.

relatedtovehicletheftshadbeenseeninthearea.Oïcersgathered
additional information and determined the subject was potentially driv-
ingastolenvehicleonHighway18.Oïcerslocatedthevehicleand
conductedatraïcstopnearmilepost30.Duringthecontactwiththe
driver,thedriverspedofatahighrateofspeedfromthetraïcstop.
A short vehicle pursuit ensued and was terminated due to the reck-
less driving.
