with the TERO Skills Bank
in January and shortly after
was dispatched to work for
Willamette Valley Excavating
on the recent Elders housing
expansion project.
He was dispatched to per-
form pipe work, and sidewalk
and curb grading for the site.
This is Villa’s first time utiliz-
ing Grand Ronde TERO.
“It’s a great program to get
your foot in the door,” he said.
“I will be using TERO for all

Villa said he has learned
a lot about grading and running equipment while working for
Willamette Valley Excavating and that TERO has “helped him
tremendously” with learning a new trade. He was chosen as
March’s TERO Worker of the Month due to his consistency and
hard work on the job site.

Tribal members and helping us achieve new professional trade
skills.” he said.

The Health & Wellness Center is pleased to add additional access for
patients during holiday weeks on Thursday mornings.
The clinic will be scheduling patients at 8 a.m. every Thursday preceding
or following a holiday closure. Urgent care also will be available during this
time. 
