can assist in
locating:
Oregon Project Independence (OPI) and Oregon Project Independence
Pilot (OPI Pilot) Programs are needs based programs that are intended for
adults with disabilities who require assistance to remain in the home.

 Are aged 19 – 59, with a
physical disability OR are
