TERO Worker of the Month March 2021 Name: Richard “Bubba” Sohappy Employer: A&D Flagging Position: Flagger Richard “Bubba” Sohappy joined TERO in 2021 and was dispatched to A&D Flagging, which is currently working on a project located in down- town Dundee, Ore. Bubba was selected as the March TERO Worker of the Month due to his attendance, dependability and knowl- edge on the job site. While this is Bub- Richard "Bubba" Sohappy ba’s first time utilizing Grand Ronde TERO services, he has years of experi- ence working with the Yakama Nation TERO in Washington state. Bubba said he plans on using TERO for future employment needs and has had the opportunity to learn new skills while on the job. When asked how TERO has helped him, Bubba said, “TERO assisted me by finding gainful employment.” Nice job Bubba!
