• Driving complaint reported at milepost 29 on Highway 18. A semi-
truck had an unsecured load.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 6700 block of Alvord Alley. Extra
patrols were requested.
• Traffic hazard reported in the 47700 block of Hebo Road. A vehicle
blocking the roadway had to be towed.
• Assist outside agency with a stolen vehicle in the area of Highway
18 and Hebo Road. A male stole the vehicle and then left the vehicle
nearby. The male was located and arrested for possession of a stolen
vehicle.
• Welfare check performed in the 100 block of Wind River Drive.
• Assist outside agency with a reported theft of gas in the area of Gold
Creek and Yamhill River roads. Provided cover for Polk County depu-
ties.
• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash into a guardrail in
the area of milepost 21 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the area of milepost 22
on Highway 18. A male passenger in a crash left the scene and was
found to have warrants. He was arrested and transported to the Polk
County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a reported prowler in the 28200 block of
Andy Riggs Road. No one was located.
Saturday, Sept. 26
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A
male called to report a theft that happened in a different jurisdiction.
The male was provided with information on how to contact the correct
office.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
A male was contacted about a possible warrant, but he was clear.
• Assist outside agency when Oregon State Police requested contact in
the 26500 block of Salmon River Highway for information.
• Domestic harassment reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde
Road. A female was cited and released for harassment.
• Report of a deceased person in the 27100 block of Salmon River
Highway. The death was ruled to be by natural causes and a funeral
home collected the individual.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 16 on Highway 18.
A vehicle was passing in the no-passing zone.
Sunday, Sept. 27
• Assist outside agency with a reported burglary in the 28000 block of
Salmon River Highway. Provided cover during the Polk County inves-
tigation.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. The
caller wanted advice on reporting possible crimes in the Willamina
area.
• Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
A small amount of a possible drug was found on property.
Monday, Sept. 28
• Assist outside agency with a possible medical issue in the area of
highways 18B and 22. A male was checked for a possible overdose,
but he refused medical attention.
• Assist outside agency with possible menacing in the 8200 block of
Firehall Road.
• Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Items
were stolen from a store and a vehicle.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 16 on Highway 18.
A vehicle was going into oncoming lanes.
Tuesday, Sept. 29
• Found property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A small
amount of a substance was found inside a room.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Possible public intoxication that was unfounded.
• Single vehicle crash in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18. A rec-
reational vehicle went off the roadway.
• Assist outside agency with a 911 hang-up in the 28100 block of
McPherson Road. A juvenile was advised to not dial 911 unless it was
an emergency.
• Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
A male was located and found to be in possession of methamphet-
amines. He was cited and released.
• Assist outside agency with reported criminal mischief in the 25000
block of Yamhill River Road. A male was seen dumping ashes and he
was reminded of the burn ban.
Wednesday, Sept. 30
• Assist outside agency that had made contact with a male in the 8800
block of Fort Hill Road who was the subject of several felony charges
including first-degree theft and first-degree burglary. He was arrested
and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Warrant arrest in the 100 block of Wind River Drive. A male was trans-

ported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Drug complaint reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Cir-
cle. A juvenile was reported to be bleeding and in possession of sev-
eral knives. The juvenile was checked out and fine, and was returned
home.
• Assist outside agency with a traffic hazard in the area of milepost 20
on Hebo Road. A male was intoxicated and walking into the roadway. A
friend of the male arrived and gave him a ride.
• Single vehicle crash involving a deer in the area of milepost 22 on
Hebo Road.
• Warrant arrest occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
A male was also in possession of methamphetamine and heroin. He
was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Thursday, Oct. 1
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 8600 block of
Grand Ronde Road. It was determined no crimes were committed.
• Welfare check performed in the 25600 block of Yamhill River Road.
The male requested to be contacted was OK.
• Driving complaint received at milepost 27 on Highway 18. A vehicle
was unable to maintain its lane.
• Criminal mischief reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River High-
way. A male busted a slot machine.
• Assist outside agency with a reported trespass in the 28900 block of
Salmon River Highway. A male refused to leave the property, but he
was gone upon arrival of law enforcement.
• Report of a stolen vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
The vehicle was taken by a female passenger without permission.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River High-
way. A female was locked out of her vehicle. After confirming the vehi-
cle belonged to her, police assisted in entering the vehicle.
Friday, Oct. 2
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road.
A male had stopped to rest before continuing to drive.
• Report of a dog bite in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. It
was found that the bite happened at a different location and the male
was stopping to get gas on the way to the hospital.
• Assist outside agency with a two vehicle crash in the area of milepost
15 on Highway 18.
• Attempt to locate intoxicated driver in the 27100 block of Salmon River
Highway.
• Assist outside agency by helping Yamhill County in testing unknown
substance. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road.
Saturday, Oct. 3
• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of mile-
post 20 on Highway 18. Assisted with traffic control for Oregon State
Police.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 11 on Highway 22. A
vehicle was reported to be unable to maintain its lane.
• Traffic hazard in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18. Debris was
removed from the roadway.
• Stolen vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road. A
male was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and one female
was arrested for two felony warrants: possession of methamphet-
amines and giving false information. A second female was arrested for
first-degree theft and second-degree forgery.
Sunday, Oct. 4
• Assist outside agency with a reported trespass in the 49200 block of
Hebo Road. Assisted Yamhill County deputies with their investigation.
• Assist outside agency by accompanying Oregon Department of Hu-
man Services employees in the area of Wind River Drive.
• Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female
suspect returned to the area and repaid money taken.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 29 on Highway 18. A
motorhome was not maintaining its lane.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic dispute in the Sheridan area.
Covered Yamhill County deputies during their investigation.
• Traffic assist performed in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with a reported overdose in the 24000 block of
Yamhill River Road. A male was contacted and he was fine.
Monday, Oct. 5
• Trespass reported in the area of Wind River Drive. A motorhome was
parked in an unauthorized area. People were advised it needed to
move.
• Assist outside agency by providing cover for Yamhill County deputies
in the 49100 block of Hebo Road.
