They have been married since Feb. 15, 1947, at the age of 16 for Alta and 22 for Donald, and 73 years later at age 89 for Alta and 96 for Donald. PROPOSED GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE OPEN FOR COMMENT The Tribal Council, in consultation with the Tribal Attorney’s Office, has proposed adopting a Government Administration Ordinance. The proposed ordinance was given a first reading at the Dec. 31, 2019, Tribal Council meeting. The proposed ordinance combines and updates selected provisions from two older Tribal ordinances which have been in effect since 1993, but which have not been updated since 1994, and will better reflect the current structure of the Tribal government.
