• Reported dispute in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject
was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful posses-
sion of a firearm and harassment. A female subject was arrested on a parole
violation detention warrant issued out of Linn County. Both subjects were
transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. A male sub-
ject was arrested on two valid Yamhill County Circuit Court warrants, driving
while suspended (misdemeanor), failure to carry/present license and giving
false information to a police officer. The male subject was transported to the
Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Friday, June 7
• Assist outside agency with a reported assault in the 38000 block of Fort Hill
Road.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the area of
milepost 1 on Highway 18B.
• Reported criminal trespass in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A
male subject was arrested on a valid parole violation warrant issued out of
Clackamas County Circuit Court and transported to the Polk County Jail in
Dallas.
• Reported verbal dispute in the 48000 block of Dragonfly Drive.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River High-
way.
Saturday, June 8
• Reported hit-and-run in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a two-vehicle injury crash in the area of Salmon
River Highway and Fire Hall Road.
• Assist outside agency with a noise complaint in the 28000 block of Salmon
River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle rollover injury crash in the area of
milepost 12 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was transported to a
Portland area hospital by Life Flight.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 15 eastbound on Salmon
River Highway.
Sunday, June 9
• Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a reported vehicle-pedestrian hit-and-run crash in
the area of Highway 22 and Kings Valley Highway. Suspect vehicle was locat-
ed in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was
arrested after providing a breath sample of .11 percent blood alcohol content
and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Citizen contact occurred in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 22.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 29 westbound on Salmon
River Highway.
• Trespass complaint received in the 47000 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with an alarm in the 100 block of Northeast Main Street
in Willamina.
Monday, June 10
• Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo
Road. A male subject was arrested on a valid Washington County Circuit
Court warrant and a female subject was arrested for unlawful possession of
methamphetamine. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in
Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a reported dispute in the area of Coast Creek Road
in Willamina.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 800 block of
Barber Avenue in Willamina.
• Civil complaint received in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.

ery of a marijuana product and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Assist outside agency with a medical assist in the 200 block of Southwest
Bridge Street in Sheridan.
• Criminal trespass reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A
female subject was warned for trespass and transported to Willamina.

male subject was taken into protective custody and transported to Salem
Health to be evaluated.
