Wednesday, Dec. 12

Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid felony warrant
issued out of Clackamas County Circuit Court for parole vio-
lation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He was

investigation at Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinn-
ville.

• Assist outside agency with a non-injury vehicle crash in the
area of milepost 18 on Salmon River Highway.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde
Road.

male subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol), interfering with
a police offi cer and resisting arrest. She was transported to
the Polk County Jail in Dallas after providing a breath sample
of .15 percent blood alcohol content.

the area of milepost 13 on Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle injury crash in the
area of milepost 19 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject
was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in Mc-
Minnville by West Valley Fire personnel.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 8600 block of Fort Hill
Road.
• Traffi c stop in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River High-
way. Female subject was arrested on three valid warrants
and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
