Jahn Road.
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 2
on Highway 22. Male subject was arrested for unlawful possession of
methamphetamine and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Friday, July 13
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 200
block of Third Street in Willamina.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the
area of milepost 15 on Highway 22. Vehicle was located in the area of
milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. Female subject was arrested
for assault and a male subject was arrested for a valid parole violation
detention warrant issued out of Deschutes County. Both subjects were
transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Wednesday, July 18
• Found property in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Salmon River
Highway.
• Warrant arrest in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male
subject was transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville and
lodged on a valid Yamhill County Circuit Court warrant for theft in the
second degree.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
Male subject was issued a citation to appear for failure to return a
suspended driver’s license.
• Warrant arrest in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway. Female
subject was arrested on a valid Marion County warrant for probation
violation, driving while suspended (misdemeanor) and unlawful pos-
session of methamphetamine. Male subject was arrested on a valid
Lincoln County probation violation warrant, providing false informa-
tion to a police officer and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Thursday, July 19

• Intoxicated subject in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Female subject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center
in McMinnville by West Valley Fire personnel.
• Welfare check in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic stop in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway.
Female subject was issued a citation to appear for failure to return a
suspended driver’s license.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon Riv-
er Highway.
