Salmon River Highway. Male subject was transported to Willa-
mette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville to be evaluated.

Road. Male subject was arrested for DUII and transported to the
Polk County Jail in Dallas after providing a breath sample of .11
percent blood alcohol concentration. A male passenger was is-
sued a citation for having an open container of alcohol inside the
vehicle.

missing person from the Tualatin area. Family members respond-
ed to the location and transported the male subject back to his
residence.
