Jail in Dallas.
Tuesday, Jan. 9
• Reported theft in 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with a non-injury two-vehicle crash at the inter-
section of Salmon River Highway and Grand Ronde Road.
• Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Reported fire on the hill behind 27100 Salmon River Highway. Slash
burn found.
• Public assist in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
Wednesday, Jan. 10
• Assist outside agency with a probation violation in the area of Tyee
Road and Tilixam Circle. Male subject was in violation of the conditions
of his probation. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Medical issue reported in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Drug complaint reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Male subject was issued a citation to appear for unlawful possession
of methamphetamine.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost
15 on Highway 22. Vehicle was located at milepost 23 on Salmon Riv-
er Highway. Male and female subjects were arrested and transported
to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Physical harassment reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River
Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear.

• Assist outside agency with a road obstruction in the area of milepost
16 on Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 17 on Salmon River
Highway.
Tuesday, Jan. 16
• Drug complaint in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male
subject was arrested for two active warrants, unlawful possession of
methamphetamine and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in Mc-
Minnville.
• Non-injury vehicle crash in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Male subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol), reckless driving, failure to
perform the duties of a driver (property damage) and criminal mischief
in the second degree. Subject was transported to the Polk County Jail
in Dallas.
Wednesday, Jan. 17
• Assist outside agency when units responded to the reports of shots
fired in the area of milepost 15 on Salmon River Highway. The involved
vehicle was located in the parking lot at the Seaway Market and three
subjects were detained. One male was arrested for a valid warrant
and felon in possession of a firearm. A second male and a female
were arrested for violating the conditions of their probation and felon in
possession of a firearm. After further investigation, the suspect vehicle
was impounded, pending the application of a search warrant. After
obtaining a search warrant, the search warrant was executed with the

assistance of the Lincoln City Police Department. It was determined
that several items inside the vehicle were recently reported as stolen
from several cases in the Lincoln City area.

block of Main Street in Willamina.
• Assist Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office with a reported stolen vehicle
possibly in the Grand Ronde area.

Road.
• Theft of services reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River High-
way.
• Reported domestic disturbance in the 27100 block of Salmon River
Highway.
Friday, Jan. 19
• Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the 8500 block of Fort
Hill Road. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk
County Jail in Dallas.
• Traffic hazard in the 25000 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with a child custody dispute on Highway 99W
between Lafayette and Newberg.
• Fraud reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River High-
way.
• Vehicle pursuit in the area of Grand Ronde and McPherson roads.
The suspect vehicle attempted to turn from Salmon River Highway on
to A.R. Ford Road and ended up in the ditch just west of the intersec-
tion. Male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Polk
County Jail in Dallas where he was lodged for parole violation, felon in
possession of a firearm, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer
– felony, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer – misdemeanor,
and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

way. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County
Jail in Dallas.
Saturday, Jan. 20
• Reported domestic disturbance in the 26800 block of Salmon River
Highway.
• Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic hazard in the 25000 block of Grand Ronde Road. Vehicle was
towed from the location.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River
Highway.

way.
• Criminal trespass reported in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
Male subject was issued a citation to appear and released.
Sunday, Jan. 21
• Found property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a commercial motor vehicle crash in the
area of milepost 13 on Salmon River Highway.
Monday, Jan. 22
• Warrant arrest at 9655 Grand Ronde Road. Female subject was
arrested for a valid Polk County Circuit Court warrant for theft in the
second degree and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Domestic disturbance reported in the 100 block of Wind River Drive.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River
Highway.
• Telephonic harassment reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Assist outside agency with a motor vehicle crash in the area of mile-
post 26 on Salmon River Highway. Three subjects were transported to
Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville.
• Assist outside agency with a suicidal subject in the 28000 block of
Salmon River Highway
Tuesday, Jan. 23
• Assist outside agency at 9655 Grand Ronde Road. Female subject
was arrested by Lincoln City Police Department and transported to the
Lincoln County Jail in Newport.
• Warrant arrest at 9655 Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested
for a valid Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failing to appear on
a DUII and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River
Highway. Vehicle was located near Sheridan. Male operator was ar-
rested for DUII (alcohol) and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in
McMinnville.
• Found property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Found property in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Item was
returned to the owner.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 26000 block
of Yamhill River Road. Male subject was arrested for assault and
transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
