• Suspicious activity reported in the area of Grand Ronde and A.

milepost 23 on Southwest Hebo Road. Male subject was trans-
ported to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville and later
issued a citation for DUII (alcohol) and failure to perform the duties
of a driver – property damage.

on River Highway and Jahn Road.
• Assist outside agency with a motor vehicle crash in the area of
milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a motor vehicle crash in the area of
milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon
River Highway.
• Medical call in the 48000 block of Blacktail Drive.
Sunday, Dec. 17
• Assist outside agency with a burglary in progress in the area of Fort
Hill Road.
• Assist outside agency in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Female subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County
Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of mile-
post 13 on Salmon River Highway.
• Domestic disturbance reported in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
Female subject was issued a citation to appear on the criminal
charge of harassment.

• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon
River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation for driving while
suspended.
• Assist Lincoln City Police Department in locating family members of
a male subject involved in a vehicle crash.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon
River Highway.
• Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River High-
way. An 18-year-old male was issued a citation for marijuana pos-
session.
Saturday, Dec. 23
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon
River Highway. Vehicle was located at milepost 23 and male oper-
ator was arrested for DUII – (alcohol) and transported to the Polk
County Jail in Dallas.
• Traffic assist in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River
Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9400 block of Grand Ronde
Road.
• Trespass issue in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a recovered stolen vehicle in the area of
A.R. Ford Road.
