Thursday, Sept. 21
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28800 block of
Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 27000 block of Yamhill
River Road.
• Suspicious activity in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Suspicious activity in the area of Salmon River Highway and Grand
Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid warrant for unlaw-
ful possession of methamphetamine and transported to Polk County
Jail.
Friday, Sept. 22
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint at milepost 6 on Salmon
River Highway.
• Failure to perform the duties of a driver – property damage. Non-injury
crash in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male operator had
left the area without contacting the owner of the vehicle. Oregon State
Police located the suspect vehicle in the area of milepost 8 on Salmon
River Highway after the suspect was involved in a second crash. The
operator of the vehicle was arrested for DUII and lodged in the Lincoln
County Jail.
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 9
on Highway 22.
• Medical assist in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway. Male sub-
ject was transported to Willamette Valley Medical Center by West Valley
Fire.
• Assist outside agency with a male subject who was found to be in vio-
lation of the conditions of his probation by being under the influence of
alcohol. Subject was arrested and transported to Polk County Jail.
• Criminal trespass in the 47100 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Three
subjects were contacted after being located on the property. The male
operator was arrested and transported to Polk County Jail and lodged
for criminal trespass. A female subject, who was uncooperative and
provided a false name and date of birth, also was arrested and lodged
in Polk County Jail. Corrections staff was able to identify the female sub-
ject through finger printing and learned that she had valid warrants for
her arrest.

junction.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 10
on Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 25000 block of
Yamhill River Road.

• Assist outside agency in the area of milepost 23 on Southwest Hebo
Road.

• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 25600 block
of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to
Polk County Jail.

• Assist outside agency in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Assist outside agency with a non-injury rollover commercial motor vehi-
cle crash in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road.
• Found property in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Property was
returned to the owner.

• Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit involving Salem Police
Department, Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office
and Oregon State Police. The male was suspected of being involved
in the robbery of Key Bank and was arrested after being in a non-injury
crash in the area of Red Prairie and Mill Creek roads.
• Criminal trespass in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency in the area of Salmon River Highway and High-
way 18B. Male operator was arrested by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office
for driving under the influence of alcohol.

possession of heroin.

• Assist outside agency with a physical domestic in Sheridan.
