Fort Hill roads. Male subject was taken into custody and transported to
the Polk County Jail.

• Assist outside agency in the area of milepost 18 on Salmon River Highway.
Subject was transported by West Valley Fire personnel to a hospital for
a mental health evaluation.

• Follow-up regarding the theft of a ladder in the 26000 block of Salmon
River Highway. The stolen ladder was recovered.

Road. Subjects were warned.

• Drug complaint in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a subject in the 27000
block of Salmon River Highway who was involved in an assault.
• Intoxicated juvenile in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Male
subject was issued a citation to appear and released to family members.
• Traffic stop in the area of milepost 20 on Salmon River Highway. The op-
erator was issued a citation to appear for DUII – marijuana and released
to a family member.
Sunday, Aug. 20
• Drug complaint in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject
was issued a citation to appear for unlawful possession of methamphet-
amine.
• Assist outside agency with a dispute in the 25000 block of Yamhill River
Road.
• Assist outside agency in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Blacktail
Drive with a male subject who was arrested and transported to Polk
County Jail for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
• Driving complaint in the area of milepost 39 on Salmon River Highway.
Reported as a motorcycle traveling westbound at more than 100 mph.
Motorcycle was located in the area of milepost 24. Due to traffic condi-
tions and the operator’s driving behavior, officers decided not to pursue.
Information passed on to Lincoln County and Lincoln City Police.

• Verbal domestic disturbance in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Medical call in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Female subject
was transported to a hospital by West Valley Fire personnel.
• Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit that originated in Lincoln
City. Grand Ronde officers deployed stop sticks in the area of milepost
20 on Salmon River Highway, which successfully disabled the suspect
vehicle. The male operator was taken into custody by Lincoln City Police
and transported to Lincoln County Jail.
Tuesday, Aug. 22
• Assist Washington County Sheriff’s Office with a hit and run vehicle
possibly in the 4800 block of Fire Hall Road.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in Sheridan.
Wednesday, Aug. 23
• Assist outside agency with locating a missing juvenile in the Raven Loop
area. Juvenile was transported to the McMinnville Police Department.
• Trespass in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the area of Grand Ronde
Road and Salmon River Highway.
Thursday, Aug. 24
• Motorist assist in the area of Grand Ronde and Tyee roads.
• Fire alarm in the 8800 block of Grand Ronde Road. West Valley Fire
personnel responded due to a high level of carbon monoxide levels.
• Animal complaint in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Animal complaint in the 48000 block of McPherson Road.
• Theft reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Motorist assist in the area of milepost 23 on Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of milepost 21 on
Salmon River Highway. Male operator was arrested for DUII and trans-
ported to Polk County Jail.
Friday, Aug. 25

Fire Hall Road.
• Driving complaint in the area of milepost 4 on Salmon River Highway.
Vehicle was located in the area of milepost 22. Operator was unfamiliar
with the area.

subjects involved were warned about disorderly conduct.
• Suspicious conditions in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Subject
was warned about criminal trespass.
