•
No More Secrets: Limit the use of Executive Sessions. Declassify everything legally possible. Enable
access for Tribal members to government information, reports, audits, and financial data.
•
Inform our Membership: Diversify our Tribal media beyond just print publications, increase the
frequency of publications, and direct reporting from Council to the general membership.
•
Expand and Enhance the Rights of Members: Refine the General Council Ordinance and process for
bringing forward advisory votes, amend our Constitution to increase the rights of Tribal Members, and more.
•
Focus on Sustainability: Set up and protect real endowments, define core services, and invest in
sustainable projects and businesses. Instill sustainability as a government-wide policy.
•
Enrollment: Reverse adverse impacts of the 1999 amendment. No more split families, equality in
enrollment requirements.
