Tribal Elder Opal Davidson, who is 102 years old, smiles as she is
honored as the Tribe’s second oldest member during Elder Honor
Day held at Spirit Mountain Casino Events Center on Monday, July
10. Behind her is her daughter, Tribal Elder Terri Wood. The Tribe’s
oldest member, Tribal Elder Pearl Lyon, who is 105 years old, was
also honored, but she was not in attendance. Almost 500 Elders
representing 32 tribes attended the annual event.
